As Ontarians lose trust in Doug Ford, the Liberal Party must be about the future, not the past. It’s time for new faces, new voices and new ideas.
I have what it takes to take on Doug Ford – and win.
I’ve been a new Canadian, a business person, a community leader, a cabinet minister, a bridge-builder and a fighter. In every chapter of my life – growing up in Scarborough, starting a business during a recession, leading charities and non-profits, succeeding in tough cabinet jobs, and winning re-election last year — I’ve beaten the odds by listening more, learning more, working harder and bringing people together.
By reconnecting with Ontarians today, our party can re-earn their confidence tomorrow.
Let’s once again become the party for education, for hard work, for small businesses, for communities – the party of opportunity for all.
That’s who I am. That’s how I’ll lead. That’s how we’ll win.
